You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused, not installed, and not powered on

In original condition with factory seals intact

In the original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and labels

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of electrical and industrial automation equipment, we cannot accept returns for:

PLC modules, CPUs, I/O cards, HMIs, VFDs, contactors, relays, or power supplies that have been:

Installed

Powered on
-
Programmed
-
Modified in any way

Clearance or final sale items

Special-order or custom-configured products

Software licenses, firmware, or digital products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
