At United Volts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


✅ Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, not installed, and not powered on

  • In original condition with factory seals intact

  • In the original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and labels

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of electrical and industrial automation equipment, we cannot accept returns for:

  • PLC modules, CPUs, I/O cards, HMIs, VFDs, contactors, relays, or power supplies that have been:

    • Installed

    • Powered on

    • Programmed

    • Modified in any way

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Special-order or custom-configured products

  • Software licenses, firmware, or digital products


💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue and your order number

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • United Volts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
